KubeMastery is an online learning platform that provides Kubernetes training through a browser-based cluster simulator. We offer courses, tutorials, and hands-on practice environments.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use

All content on KubeMastery, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KubeMastery or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
KubeMastery is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Refund Policy
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless the digital content has already been accessed or downloaded. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. If you purchased using a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period expires to avoid being charged. To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly at paddle.com.
